I guess I have attachment issues.

Hence the 275 lb of San Marzanos I just returned from picking in Hollister.

Is there a 12-step program for those addicted to Extending The Harvest?

subnaught: Slaton: On twitter, you say 285 lbs. Which is it? Or are you making the whole thing up?

Mark: The croutons were easy as pie. Actually, they were much easier than pie:

1. Pull out old french bread from the freezer.

2. Douse with olive oil, add salt and pepper, toss.

3. Dump into a cast iron pan and bake in a 425 oven until crisp.

Moolay: Is there a little cream in that there purée? It looks suspiciously orange.

subnaught: There is, but just a tiny bit. Much of the orange is due to low-light/cheap-camera issues.
