Swine is Fine

Tonight at subnaught HQ, we
- Cooked some pasta as per usual except for the addition of asparagus in the last couple minutes,
- while, in another pan, fried a bit of bacon until the fat had rendered
- at which point we added the sliced leeks and let cook for a while,
- then deglazed with white wine and a bit of pasta water,
- then removed from the heat and added a couple spoonfuls of creme fraiche,
- and finally tossed with the pasta and asparagus and
- added a healthy amount of black pepper.
How was it? It was delicious.
