BART

Some days I hate BART, and some days I love them.

Last night I came home and waiting for me in my mailbox was the key you see above. Seventeen (!) months ago I put myself on the waiting list for a bike locker at the Fremont BART station. Last night my dream came true; and I got a BART carabiner to boot!

From Wikipedia we learn: ...the British climbers derided aids like carabiners, ice axes and crampons for some time, leaving their development to Italian, French and other alpinists.
